This was written when the tsunani hit the south Indian coast and Indonesia in December2004

Tsunami , Tsunami , Why did you come this way?

Was it that you wanted to punish us some day?

The devastation all around ,

has left us spell bound.

Let this be a blessing in disguise,

and lets take care that it does not occur twice.

Let us all lend a helping hand,

to rehabilitate the orphaned of our motherland.
