The lonely soldier

This is an expression of my feelings towards each and every Jawan who lays down his life for his country.

There stands the soldier keeping vigil,

Of our motherland always at peril.

Does he not have his own feeling?

To take care of his own well being?

He who stands guard leaving a family behind,

lets us live with a peaceful mind.

let us all salute this unsung hero of our country!

Who fights the enemy so gallantly!
